We need to go deeper

About the Game

Note: This is a demo version so we are only showcasing a few working features but return back next week for version 2 and more!

Mine your way through a deep branched out tunnel section

Upgrade your gear to survive hostile environments and mine better ores!

Switch between pickaxe and jackhammer

Jackhammer is a faster solution but if it runs out of fuel you will always have your trusty pickaxe to help you out if you get stuck!

We did this game with 4 team members -Sander - programmer -Martin - 3D modeler/musician -Tim - 3D modeler -Josef - 3D generalist

This game was made for Ludum Dare 48 and Tartu University Beginners Gamejam!

The theme is nice and the idea is good
Järgib teemat, aga võiks olla mõni huvitavam viis.
You know, deeper and deeper
Deep into the mines, expected take on the theme.
Huvitav take teemast
I mean yes, it's definitely deeper and deeper as it physically goes deeper.
I got stuck in the ceiling and did not understand what I could mine. Some walls were see-through. When I got out of the ceiling, I got stuck in the floor
Ei tundunud väga põnev.
Since upgrades didn't work, it was quite boring, but seems like it has potential
Väga arusaamatu, kuidas plaanitakse seda mängu nauditavaks teha.
The game was definitely an early protoype. No upgrade system yet, mining felt kinda weird - no player feedback. I found it fun that crouching inreased the music volume.
Couldn't go deep, an invisible wall blocked the way. After selling and mining coal didn't have anything to do.
Ideena hea, aga sinna oleks vaja olnud palju rohkem contentit. Ei sobi väkseks mänguks, kuid potentialli on midagi huvitavat.
Confusing
Too soon to say as you guys definitely need to add features. It might become interesting but right now it's just 3 minutes of playing. However, with innovative ideas, you can make it work most surely.
The aesthetics are nice and can be built upon.
Muusika rikkus atmosfääri ära :D
Siuke tavaline.
Just fine
Kõik oli pime :((
Ainult hall... eino võiks sellisel juhul kasutada nii tumedat kui ka valget.
No textures, dim lighting, strange repetitive harpsicord music that didn't fit the mine context much. It got a bit annoying. Music was very quiet. I wish there was a sound effect for mining.
Very gray.
Nägi ok välja, aga oleks tahtnud rohkem värve näha
Music didn't fit with the overall dark and gloomy appearance was hard to know where to go because of the lack of lightsource in the cave.
Everything is very dark and very grey. It's hard to understand the surroundings. I get that we are in a cave in this game but at least, its graphics should do something to attract players.
A mining game would be cool.
Näinud palju sellised kaevandamise mänge
The mining.
Nothing new, but not pointless either. It's a bummer that upgrades weren't done
Minecraft and a lot of games are like this basically...
Reminds me of Minecraft-style games.
Literally Minecraft's mining system.
Reinventing Minecraft is not very reasonable.
Selle asemel, et mõelda huvitav kuid kitsas jämmi idee on proovitud Open World RPG-d teha...
Väga meeldis concept
I wish you luck. If you come up with new and innovative ideas which are backed by general logic or your own invented logic, then you can differentiate yourself and succeed! I wish you luck. Good job!
