I guess it's related in that you have to find lost powerups.
The theme feels a bit tacked on
The only thing that was connected to "Lost and Found" was a reskinned ammo mechanic.

It was nice. The concept, if flushed out, would be a good game, but at its current state it did not give much to me. I would have recommended gameplay instructions and also a credits section to see who did what to give the game some grounding.
The aesthetics are nice, but the gameplay is boring.
It was okay, but there were some bugs. Also the lack of feedback on shooting enemies.

It looks nice! I like the neon aesthetics and while not my taste, the musical touch is great for any game in my opinion. The music started playing over itself after each consecutive pickup, which was a bit annoying and the default sound level and sound effects are way too high. Consider adding a volume button or slider + if you go for consecutive musical powerups, have the music itself react to that, like in the bit.trip games.
